Rebuilding the forum

The forum is on maitence until we get the forum fixed.

So far, it's looking pretty good. I've switched the forum from phpBB to IPB, and I've made a pretty basic but decent logo for the site. I have also set an "under construction" message (maintenance message). Right now, I'm going to be helping Srenfro with some boards, and then move onto extras; maybe add some cool money-and-item systems like we have over at Waddle World.
